MEET THE CEO
Hello, I’m Julio, the founder of Coastal Revive Property Services, LLC. After retiring as an EMS Supervisor of the Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City, New Jersey—a role that included serving during the critical events of 9/11—I moved to Florida. But retirement was just the start of a new chapter for me. Driven by my love and dedication to my wife who is also a retired EMS Supervisor who was injured on the job and suffers from the challenging condition of CRPS, I started my own company. Coastal Revive Property Services was created out of my desire to provide her with a dream home and the best possible care, while also offering top-tier property services while following a dream of mine to the Central Florida community.
